Smallville 21 Hotel opened back in October 2010 making it one of the newest hotels in Iloilo City. It is located within the Smallville Commercial Complex along Diversion Road in Iloilo's Manduriao District. It is conveniently accessible from anywhere in Iloilo City.

The room is really clean and fresh. The hotel staff did a perfect job of cleaning our room and bathroom, and providing us with clean towels every day. There's free WiFi access in every room, but signal strength will depend how far your room is from the WiFi router. We suggest requesting a room near the elevators.

Being located inside the Smallville complex, we never ran out of dining choices. Alternatively, there’s SM City Iloilo and Plazuela de Iloilo which are just 15-minutes taxi ride away. A convenience store (GO Mart) is also located just beside the hotel.

Smallville 21 Hotel is also perfect for business travelers as it is strategically located across the newly openned Iloilo-AyalaLand TechnoHub which upon completion will house several BPO companies.
Overall, we definitely had a pleasant stay at Smallville 21 Hotel and it will surely be one of our top accommodation choices in Iloilo City.
