Pancit Marilao soon to be offered at Pancit Center
Pancit Marilao originated from the town of Marilao, Bulacan. It is essentially a variant of pancit palabok but what makes it different are its toppings. Pancit Marilao is topped with Bulacan okoy (shrimp fritters) and instead of calamansi, it is garnished with slices of kamias as pampaasim. We are big fans of pancit palabok and Pancit Marilao has truly captured our taste buds.
Pancit Marilao will soon be offered by Pancit Center together with their other regional pancit specialties. Watch for its launching and be among the very first to try it in Metro Manila. Read our feature Culinary Tour around the Philippines at Pancit Center.
Pancit Center has four branches in Pasig City and Cainta serving all the 20 pancit variants on their menu. Their flagship branch is located in Barangay Kapitolyo, Pasig while they have three take-out counters at C.
