Terry S.A., a renowned company that manages the distribution of Bensimon in the Philippines, invited a number of travel and lifestyle bloggers, including us, to their corporate headquarters in Makati for us to try out our very own Bensimon sneakers.
Bennies are made with soft cotton canvas and light rubber sole making them ultra light and comfortable. Like the brothers Serge and Yves Bensimon, travel bloggers like us are also tireless travelers who seek shoes that are comfortable to the feet and ideal for everyday use. Bensimon combines comfort and style in their footwear designs which makes the Bennies very functional and modish.

It was very timely for our weekend trip to Baguio. We can actually test our new Bennies as we travel around the City of Pines during the Baguio Food Tour 2013 (BFT2013) Blogger event. And so we packed our clothes and there went our Bennies inside our backpack. Because they are made with light materials, they did not take too much space nor did they add too much weight. We find them really portable and ideal for light travels. We also loved the idea that Bennies are machine washable!

When we arrived in Baguio, we immediately changed footwear from our usual slippers to our brand new Bennies. We did a lot of walking as we hopped from one restaurant to another, and they were really very comfortable.
