Hill Station Bistro (Now Open)
Baguio City's award-winning restaurant Hill Station has recently branched out from the historic Casa Vallejo along Upper Session Road into the bustling Baguio-Ayala Land Technohub inside Camp John Hay. Hill Station Bistro opened its doors last December 19, 2013 in time for Christmas.
According to Jose Yñiquez, son of Mitos Benitez-Yñiquez and manager of Hill Station Bistro, the two restaurants will have different sets of menu. While Hill Staton focuses on casual fine dining, Hill Station Bistro on the other hand features deli style dishes including Filipino and international breakfast meals, pastries, cakes and coffee, as well as salads, sandwiches and rice toppings. Here is a copy of their menu provided by the restaurant to pinasmuna.com.
We are excited to try out their new dishes, especially their breakfast meals and sandwiches. If you as visiting Baguio City soon, do drop by Hill Station Bistro and tell us what you think of their food.
