DADS World Buffet, a pioneer in buffet dining in the Philippines, celebrates its 37th year anniversary on August 26 by offering 50% discount to its guests. The anniversary promo is the restaurant's way of saying Thank You to everyone who has made DADS part of their celebrations.
The anniversary promo is valid in all of the five DADS World Buffet branches. To avail of the promo, guests will have to make an advance reservation by calling their prefered DADS World Buffet branch. Guests will have to choose a seating schedule (which differes from branch to branch) and will have to specify the number of guests under the reservation. Only a maximum of 10 guests may be accepted per reservation. Guests will then have to provide a contact number and an email address where the reservation confirmation will be sent by DADS World Buffet. Print the confirmation or save a copy on your mobile device and present it at the reception on August 26. You have to come on time for your confirmed seating schedule and note that no additional person(s) may be accepted more than the original headcount stated on your confirmation. 50% discount is only valid within the set seating schedule. Exceeding the seating schedule will void the promo. For more details you can refer to the image below, or read the full mechanics of the promo.
What to expect at DADS World Buffet
DADS has recently undergone a transformation from its former DADS Ultimate Buffet format into the DADS World Buffet format featuring an extensive line of international cuisines on its buffet tables. In addition to American, Japanese and Filipino dishes, customers can now enjoy savory Asian dishes from China, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesdia, Vietnam and India; delectable dishes from the Mediterranean such as Spain, Greece and Italy; and the vibrant flavors of Latin America including Mexico, Argentina and Brazil.
Japanese Section
This sections boasts of having more than 70 sushi choices. Other food choices include tempura, tonkatsu, and ramen. DADS has played a big role in my foodie life as it was here at DADS SM Megamall where I got my introduction to Japanese food back in the 90's. Since then, I would always start at the Japanese section whenever I eat in a buffet restaurant.
Chinese Section
It's the favorite section of Edgar, specially the dimsum area. Cantonese and Szechaun specialties are also some of the highlights of the section.
Asian Section
It's a diverse mix of Indonesian, Malay, Singaporean, Indian, Thai and Vietnamese cuisines. Our top favorites from this section are the Bagoong Rice, the Satay, the Red Chicken Curry, and the Hainanese Chicken.
Filipino Section
This is one of the biggest sections of the buffet. It feels like a fiesta around this section with some of the festive Filipino dishes on display. There's lechon, kaldereta, lengua, crispy pata, as well as some Filipino street foods.
Grills & Carving Section
This section features a variety of grilled and roasted meat from around the world. There's beef, chicken and lamb souvlaki from Greece, there are roasted beef and turkey from the US, New Zealand and Australia. Grilled beef on giant skewers from Brazil and Argentina are also not to be missed.
Hispanic and Latin American Sections
Spanish tapas and the paella are the highlight of this section. From Mexico are the nachos, fajitas and quesodillas. Classic Spanish dishes such as callos also add to the wide array of viands.
Seafood Section
This is the spot dedicated to seafood lovers. Fresh tuna, salmon and squid can be grilled to your liking. There are also shellfish dishes in the section, our top favorite is the Oyster Rockafeller.
Drinks Section
Iced Tea, lemonade, soda and fresh fruit and vegetable juices are already included in the price and they are bottomless! Some of the juice flavors include pineapple, mango, melon, watermelon, carrot and four seasons.
