Appetizers
There's a wide selection of salads including Shrimp Cocktail, Shrimp & Papaya Salad and no other salads can be more American than the Coleslaw and Waldorf Salad. My personal favorite has got to be the nachos!

Mains
The mains-section highlights the US Turkey and the US Duck with two traditional American dishes served during Thanksgiving: the Roasted Turkey and the Roasted Duck. Both the US Turkey and the US Duck have more meat and less fat which result to dishes that are less oily and hearty, but the meat is full of flavor, tender and moist.

Other main dishes served include the Glazed Ham with Maple Sauce and Buttered Vegetables. If you love seafood, then you shouldn't miss the Jambalaya Rice and the Seafood Gumbo. But our top three choices are the very crispy Southern Fried Chicken, the very rich and flavorful Spaghetti & Meatballs, and the super tender US Beef Pot Roast!

Dessert
Every body's favorite part of the buffet are the dessert! Different cakes, cookies and other sweets fill the dessert section with the spotlight focusing on the cakes such as the classic Strawberry Cake, Red Velvet Cake, Brownies. Then there's the Baked Alaska and the Key Lime Pie.

Staycation in BGC
Visits at F1 Hotel Manila is never complete without staycation. Last month, we stayed at a Fort Suite room during the Luzviminda 2014 event. This July, we were able to enjoy again a comfortable staycation at F1 Hotel. A Fort Suite with a different theme was assigned to us.
It has a king-size bed that is very comfortable to sleep on. The bedroom is also very spacious with enough room to move around.
The en suite bathroom is, as always, clean and smells fresh, and so are the towels. The water pressure was strong, making every shower experience under the rain shower head an enjoyable one.
The living area is also spacious and is equipped with modern amenities and stylish furniture and fixture. The area is well lit with warm lights making the ambiance more cozy and relaxing.
