| Edsyl Pigar-Pigar Queen of Peace Road, Baguio City This 24-hour eatery is very famous to the locals for pigar-pigar, a delicacy from Dagupan, Pangasinan. Pigar-Pigar is a very simple dish of sliced beef which is marinated and quickly fried with onion and cabbage. A solo meal of pigar-pigar with rice is very affordable at P70.00. Another best-seller is their sinanglaw, an Ilocano soup dish made of beef innards. A sinanglaw meal with rice costs P50.00. To get there, take a taxi and tell the driver to bring you to Edsyl Pigar-Pigar located near Mount Crest Hotel. |
