The Cafe at Hyatt City of Dreams Manila will be bringing the spicy and aromatic flavors of Indian Cuisine through an Indian Food Festival happening from July 17-24, 2016. Guest Chef Ajith Kumar from Hyatt Regency Gurgaon-New Delhi will be preparing some classic and regional Indian dishes during the week-long food event.
Team PinasMuna was invited by our friends from Hyatt City of Dreams to sample the authentic taste of Indian cuisine during the opening day of the Indian Food Festival last Sunday and some of the dishes we tried were Vegetable Samosa, Dal Vadai, Aloo Tikka, Vegetable Fritter, Prawn Curry with Mango, Chicken Tikka, Paneer Makhani, Black Chick Pea and Aloo Curry, Aloo Jeera, Chicken Curry and Mutton Gosh Rogan. Note that selection of dishes will vary between lunch and dinner, and the menu will also change every day.
