Summer is officially over, but that doesn't mean that we no longer get to enjoy the sea, the sun and the sand, and most of all, the fresh bounty that our seas offer. Spectrum, the all-day dining restaurant of Raffles Makati, puts into limelight the freshest and highest quality seafood in its Luxe Sunday Brunch.
Brunch is gaining more and more popularity in the recent years as a weekend family activity, especially in the National Capital Region of the Philippines. If there is one place synonymous with Sunday Brunch, that would be the Makati Central Business District, and five-star hotels such as Raffles Makati and Fairmont Makati
(check room rates) are some of the go-to places in Makati CBD for a luxurious Sunday Brunch among families and business travelers.
Spectrum is the common all-day dining restaurant of Raffles Makati and Fairmont Makati which boasts of a modern and clean interior design with high ceiling and lots of natural light. Spectrum features an open kitchen setup where guests can watch the restaurant's culinary team prepare a wide array of international and local dishes, including the cuisines of China, Middle East, India, Europe and regional cuisines of the Philippines.
Team PinasMuna was invited by the gracious marketing communications team of Raffles Makati to sample the Seafood Sunday Brunch at Spectrum. Joining us were our good friends from our KTG bloggers group and here are some of the dishes we enjoyed that day.

If you think you already had enough seafood, wait until you see the seafood-inspired desserts including the Crabfat Macaron and the Uni Macaron. You should also watch for the Orange & Sea Urchin Cake which didn't taste like seafood at all, instead the sea urchin provided a creamy and buttery flavor to the cake. Another must-try cake is the Black Sesame & Miso Cake.
