The Gabriela Silang Monument is part of the Abra Welcome Park Complex built in the year 2000 in the municipality of San Quintin, Province of Abra, Philippines. The monument was dedicated to Maria Josefa Gabriela Cariño Silang who was the first Filipino woman to lead a revolt against the Spanish colonizers. The Abra Welcome Park Complex stands next to the Tangadan Tunnel which is another popular landmark in the area.
